The JATC offers a 4-year Inside Wireman apprenticeship program, as well as a Construction Wireman program, which takes place at the training center in N. Chesterfield, Virginia. The Construction Wireman / Construction Electrician Program (CW/CE) is separate from the JATC's registered apprenticeship program. The Construction Wireman / Construction Electrician Program (CW/CE) sometimes offers employment opportunities for those waiting for acceptance into the registered apprenticeship program.
