Cost: No cost to IBEW Union members in good standing; $50.00 for all others; ONLY 40 seats available; First-come-First-serve.
Event Description: The 10-hour training program is intended to cover an overview of the hazards a worker may encounter on a job site. Training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention, workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint; it emphasizes the value of safety and health to workers, including young workers.
Participants must attend every hour of all three (3) days in order to receive the 10-hour OSHA card. All or nothing. Please call the RJATC Training Center to sign up for the February OSHA 10 class, 804-752-8266 ext. 0.
