    This course serves as an instructional primer for the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program (EVITP) Certification Exam.  This course WILL help you prepare for the EVITP Certification Exam! 

    This apprenticeship...your apprenticeship...is looking to create a list of Instructors for part-time instruction. You must be a licensed electrician but No classroom teaching experience necessary and No degree necessary.

    Course Description: This 3 Hour In-Person course meets all Virginia DPOR requirements for Electrical professionals renewing their license.  This course covers significant changes in the 2017 National Electrical Code. No Test or Quiz!  Credits reported to DPOR within 24 Hours of Completion! Course Enrollment:  To enroll in the next class, please call the Training Center at 804-752-8266.  Classes are every 3rd Monday of the month from 6pm - 9pm. 

    Per Guideline --Work Evaluation Report (Paper) - Monthly WORK EVALUATION REPORTS shall be filed with the office of the apprenticeship no later than the SEVENTH (7TH) day of the following month. --Work Experience Reports (Online)- No later than the seventh (7TH) day of the following month you must submit an ON-LINE WORK EXPERIENCE REPORT.

    Richmond Electricians' JATC offers the Inside Wireman Apprenticeship and the Construction Wireman program to start a career as an Electrician.  Our programs are not just classroom time instruction.  Most of your time will be spent on a job earning a paycheck while you learn electrical skills.
